Message	get a 1/2 in pipe tap, a 1 foot or longer piece of 1/2 steel pipe with male threads on both ends and a 1/2 steel T fitting. tap the bushing with the pipe tap screw the pipe into the whole as tight as you can make it screw the t on the other end of the pipe and hit the t with a hammer alternating blows from one side then the other, it should come out in 5-10 hits. very simple Shawn
